4. Voluntary Payments, Contributions & UPI Handling
Our app is 100% free to download and use. Downloading, logging in, and accessing all community features (such as reading announcements, voting in polls, and receiving community updates) do not require any payment or subscription. No digital content, features, or privileges are locked behind a paywall.
For members who wish to make voluntary contributions to support the physical operations, food, education, and maintenance of the physical Madrasa/Jamia:
- External UPI Redirection: The app utilizes standard, secure Android system intents to deep-link to installed UPI applications on your device (using secure
upi://pay protocols) to transfer physical funds directly to the Jamia's official institutional bank account. No credit card or digital wallet processing is performed inside the app.
- Manual Receipt Verification: Users optionally upload a photograph/screenshot of their bank transaction receipt as proof of physical contribution. This image is securely stored on our private server and manually verified by authorized administrators. Once verified, the contribution is logged in the user's offline ledger.
- Charitable Support: All contributions are strictly voluntary support/donations for real-world physical maintenance and charitable educational operations. No virtual/digital goods are sold or unlocked inside the application.
5. Third-Party Services & APIs
Our app integrates with secure third-party SDKs to improve performance and provide secure platform features, fully compliant with Google Play Store Developer Policies:
- Expo SDK & React Native: For core native mobile operations and offline storage caching.
- Google Play Services: For secure map services and system-level communication on Android.
- Google Play Install Referrer API: Used to securely and privately retrieve play store install referrers to map voluntary community invitations upon the first app launch.
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used exclusively to deliver real-time, important push notifications and announcements about Jamia events.
- Laravel Framework: Powering our secure, private backend servers to manage API interactions securely.
6. Data Security
We implement a variety of standard security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information and transaction records. Your data is stored on secure, private servers and is only accessible by authorized administrators managed by Hazrat Allama Mufti Faizanul Mustafa Qadri.
